You don’t have to be fit or flexible to practice this style of yoga. Everyone is welcome and can work according to their own ability and still achieve the same result, because the group energy will carry them through. Another very important difference from all other yoga styles is that we work with our eyes closed, which helps to go deep within and work with your own energy instead of being distracted, by comparing yourself to others.
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through Pranayam (breathing), Kriya (set of postures and movements), Relaxation, Meditation, mudras (seals), bandas (body locks) and eye focus we balance the body, mind and soul. We bring awareness and get in touch with our own great potential and Kundalini yoga gives us the tools and the technology to accomplish that.

Group and Private Classes
Each class is unique and has a different goal. We could be working on balancing the glandular system, strengthening the nervous system, expanding the lungs or cleansing the kidneys. The sequence and length of each posture builds up and weaves through the class like the perfect recipe to accomplish the goal.
